Frequently Asked Questions

We recommend booking at least 48–72 hours in advance for smaller events, and 1–2 weeks ahead for large corporate or wedding events. This ensures we can source the right quantity of ingredients and staff accordingly.

We offer both delivery and pickup options. Delivery is available within a 30-mile radius of our Gilbert, AZ location. A delivery fee applies based on distance. For the Party Pro and Corporate Elite packages, on-site setup and service staff are included.

Absolutely! We offer gluten-free crusts, dairy-free cheese, and a full range of vegan toppings. Please mention any dietary requirements in your booking form and we'll make sure every guest is accommodated. Note: our kitchen handles gluten-containing products, so we cannot guarantee a fully allergen-free environment.

Cancellations made 48+ hours before the event receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations within 24–48 hours receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable due to food preparation costs. Please contact us as early as possible if your plans change.

Yes! Every package is fully customizable. You can add extra pizza varieties, upgrade beverages, include dessert options, or request specific toppings and crust types. Our catering coordinator will work with you to build the perfect menu at a price that fits your budget.
